Great customer service and friendly staff. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with good quality products. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. the hotel is located in a great area, with many local restaurants and shops nearby. the breakfast buffet was also good and had a decent variety of options.

The hotel was overcrowded during New Year's, making it difficult to find a table in the restaurant or navigate through the lobby. the elevators were also slow and packed with people.

Had a wonderful stay during Christmas at this hotel. Located in a great area near many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the variety of food they offered. The hotel also had a gym and swimming pool which was an added bonus.

The Wi-Fi connection, it was slow and unreliable at times. , the hotel bar was a bit pricey compared to other bars in the area.
